The Veldt by: Ray Bradburry

Reviewed by: Noah B
The Veldt, by Ray Bradburry, is a page turner. It is an intense book that shows selfishness and greed. The main characters in this shot story are, George, Lydia, Wendy, and Peter Hadley. They all live in a house that listens to their command. George thinks that the house is to perfect and thinks they should move right away.
Now, in this house, there is a room that can become anything that you can think or imagine. And Wendy & Peter, who are the daughter and son of Lydia and George, only want to think and inamgine a Veldt (a African grassland). What will happen to the house, or even the family?

  1. I love this book review it shows enough about the story not to give anything away! One thing that i don't understand is how you said "The main characters in this shot story are..." I don't understand what you are trying do with the "shot"
