Arnold
is the main character of this book also called Junior. junior is a
cartoonist that lives in an Indian reservation. He was born with many
medical problems, and everyone bullies him except his best friend Rowdy
and his family. Determined to have a good education, Junior leaves the
rez(The rez is a like a reservation for Indians) to attend a white
school in the neighboring farm town where he is the only Indian. Junior
is a traitor to the hall rez. but junior hits his life with humor by his
cartoon, and he discovers a knew strength inside of him that he never
