The setting of the book is the quaint town of Ocean Park. The protagonist is named Steve Brixton. One problem that happens in the story is there is a book in the town library that the librarians think is connected to a criminal. Another problem is that steve’s identity is mistaken when he checks the book out for a school assignment.
I liked this story because it is funny that the entire problem starts because Steve checks out a library book. This book shows me that when a person is wrongly accused of something he must prove his own innocence instead of waiting for someone else to help solve the problem.
Another good book I recommend is Deltora Quest, the Forests of Silence by Emily Rodda.
