What do you think it would be like, if you felt like you were alive but then doubted it? Because you saw things and people that others couldn’t.
That’s how Liz felt she woke up and heard a noise that no one else heard.  She tried calling friends yelling their names, trying to wake them up, but no one heard her. She was able to go back and see memories that almost felt real life. If I were to recommend this book I would say that if you like to read kind of books that are a type of mystery and sort of have suspense then you should read this book. This book has a lot of love, hate and trustworthiness. It is shown throughout the book when people are confused and are worried. For example when Liz was just watching everyone and she figured out that her step sister was secretly seeing her boyfriend, so that showed that there was hate between the two sisters but the love between the sisters with the one boy.
An honorable mention book that I have read is the book The Calling.

  1. I really enjoyed reading your book review. It must have been hard to capture the idea of being both alive and yet not feeling like it at the same time, so I really liked how you described that! This book sounds a lot like Speak in a way. I wonder what were Liz's stepsister's motives for stealing her boyfriend? This book review really inspired me to get a copy of the book today!
