Oak Glen Primary School, EllRay, who is the protagonist of the story, is not
one of the popular kids. He was jealous of all the kids, because their dad, has
cool things, for example Jared’s dad owns a brand new car with flames, and
Kevin’s dad is rich, but EllRay’s dad is
just a geologist. He thought it was so boring , until he finds out that his
dad, brought some crystals from all over the world. When EllRay brings them to
school, everyone is so impressed, but so impressed, that they keep the crystals
for themselves. EllRay needs a plan, to get his dad’s crystals back, before
valentine’s day, which is in two days. Read, to find out what happens next.
I really liked this book, because it has an
exciting plot and twists, that you can’t imagine, for example, EllRay was a
pretty shy kid, and the minute his friends dared him to go into the girls
bathroom, he did it. He did it only for one thing, the crystals. I would
recommend this book for 12 years old an up. This book is really well written,
and that connects to the idea that, if you do something wrong, by accident, you
break something, you have to do anything, give anything, to make it right, and
especially if it’s not yours.
